"I sent in my 3 year old HR300 for a refurbishing for a malfunction. 2 days after it arrived to Ozonics I received a new unit in the mail. When I inquired about the fast turn around the wonderful customer service agent told me their techs could not fix my unit and sent me a brand new one!!! Thank you ozonics for the great fast support!!!"

"I have not been busted this year using the 500. I hunt 5-6 days a week. As a 49 year old disabled veteran I'm busy in the woods. I have been around so many deer this year in my treestand locations with no deer blowing or staring up at me. I believe this machine really works. Gotta nice buck the other day with it on and the Buck downwind of me with 10 mph winds. Also their website says the Gen 2 neoprene does not fit the 500. It fits perfect."
