"The battery can be placed in the unit in either direction yet only works when in one direction. It is impossible to determine direction in the dark of the morning hunt. As a result I purchased unnecessary a second battery. Would like to see the battery fit in the unit only one way"
"The extra battery is nice for those long days plus having a charger i don't need to bring the whole unit in to charge. Very happy with custumer service also. Had an issue with an address and they updated my order to 2 day shipping fee of charge to make sure I got it in time. And the app was outdated for my phone and they had the app updated! I give them an a+ and the machine an a+ also. If on the fence. . . go for it. These things do work. . ."

"I bought the HR600 at the end of last season and did not get a chance to use it in the field. As I was getting stuff rounded up this season, I noticed I had no way of charging the battery that came with the unit. . . . BIG PROBLEM. I emailed Ozonics and expected to hear back. After a couple of days, I just decided to order the charger with another battery. It arrived, and I charged both batteries. Now I am ready to field test. If I were reviewing customer service response, the stars would be much lower, since I am reviewing the product. . . 5 STARS!"
